Latin Brains started as a commercial intelligence firm. That origin still defines how we work.
We saw the same pattern repeat across B2B organizations: growth rarely fails because of lack of talent or effort — it fails because there is no clear commercial system guiding decisions and action.

Today, Latin Brains is a B2B strategy and growth consultancy helping organizations redesign how they grow.

Our view on growth

We believe growth in B2B is a system problem.
When strategy, sales, and marketing operate in isolation, initiatives multiply but impact doesn’t scale.
That’s why we start by listening, auditing, and diagnosing — before deciding where to focus and how to act.

The team

Latin Brains works with a small, senior team with experience in strategy, commercial intelligence, and execution in complex B2B environments.
We work close to leadership teams and real commercial situations. Teams are assembled based on the challenge.
