Additionally, the survey highlighted the perception of a pervasive sexist culture within the legal sector, as reported by almost 80% of the respondents. Interestingly, over half of the Gen Z respondents expressed their aspirations to work as in-house counsel, in government roles, or for non-profit organizations.
