The $2.3 trillion infrastructure bill suggested by President Joe Biden is still facing criticism, and its final shape is unknown. As the White House’s post-pandemic rebuilding efforts cover so many areas, law firm’s clients want assistance in practice areas other than infrastructure, such as energy, corporate tax, health care, security, innovation, and supply chain. Clients are looking for insight into how the bill will eventually evolve, as well as what possibilities and risks will exist.
